• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Opening an account while being underage.
• Engaging in any one of the prohibited activities.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before closure, subject to all applicable conditions.
